Redesigning Sunday Ice Cream’s brand identity, which is a local and AAPI/woman owned business located right in Convoy, San Diego. Guided by a clear brand strategy, the website captures Sunday’s distinct charm: nostalgic Asian-inspired flavors, minimalist yet inviting visuals, and an easygoing weekend vibe. The design system balances soft pastels with bold accents, handwritten elements with clean typography, and fun iconography that reflects signature flavors like Melona, Taro/Ube, and Honey Jujube.

Every element, from logo design and color palette to user interface and social templates, was created to evoke the feeling of catching up with friends over a cold scoop on a warm San Diego day. The result is a cohesive identity that feels both trend-forward and timeless, designed to resonate with both locals and visitors exploring the city’s most exciting food district.
